Accommodation Details
There are shared cabins and private guestrooms at the conference center, and a large portion of each have been reserved for the weekend. Please state your preference when completing the RSVP form.
The shared cabins at the conference center are all unique, as they have been built as the center has grown. Their capacity ranges from four to twelve people, and the capacity of each cabin will be met for the wedding weekend. The cabins are rustic with simple furnishings and fixtures, and many offer a view to the lake or mountains. Each cabin has a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and flatware. There are 1-2 shared bathrooms with full plumbing in each cabin (depending on the size).
The guestrooms are "hotel-style" and have their own bathrooms. There are not kitchens in the rooms, but a shared kitchen space may be available in the buildings where these rooms are. Arrangements can be made for room guests to use kitchens in the shared cabins. We wanted to note that there will be several group meals offered throughout the weekend—so don't worry about fending for yourself the whole time!
Check-in is at 3pm. Check-out is 11:00am.
Pricing
Shared cabins: $75 per person for three nights. If there are children in your party, please specify in your RSVP—particularly if the child needs their own bed.
Guestrooms: $250 per room for three nights. (This is for double occupancy, each additional person, 10 or older, is $23 a night.)
After all RSVPs have been received, we will contact you regarding payment. Please do not contact the conference center directly about reservations or payments.
