This schedule serves as a guide for where we will be throughout the weekend - guests are not obligated to be at every function.
Upon arrival at Zephyr Point, guests will receive an information packet - including the schedule, maps, guest list, facility details, and cabin/guestroom assignments.

3pm Cabin and guestroom check-in
Saturday, May 23rd
10am Brunch (Cabins 14, 18, 86, 96, 97, & Summit Lodge)
3pm Ceremony (Donaldson Memorial Amphitheatre)
4pm Happy hour (Cabins 14, 18, 86, 96, & 97)
5:30pm Reception (Dobbins Hall)
10:30pm Zephyr Point Quiet Hours begin - please respect!
Sunday, May 24th
1-6pm BBQ, kickball, Ultimate Frisbee, disc golf, bocce, and playground fun (Zephyr Cove Park)
Monday, May 24th
11am Cabin and guestroom check-out
