Wedding Details

Date

The ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 23rd at 3:00 PM. Since this will be Memorial Day weekend, we would like to invite our guests to come relax for up to three nights, arriving Friday the 22nd and departing Monday the 25th.

Location

The location of our wedding weekend is the Zephyr Point Presbyterian Conference Center. Although the center is only minutes from South Lake Tahoe, California, it is on the Nevada side of the lake. We have been there several times and love the beauty, simplicity, and rustic qualities of its accommodations.

Accommodation

There are shared cabins and private guestrooms at the conference center, and a large portion of each have been reserved for the weekend. Please state your preference when completing the RSVP form.

The shared cabins at the conference center are all unique, as they have been built as the center has grown. Their capacity ranges from four to twelve people, and the capacity of each cabin will be met for the wedding weekend. The cabins are rustic with simple furnishings and fixtures, and many offer a view to the lake or mountains. Each cabin has a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and flatware.

The guestrooms are "hotel-style" and have their own bathrooms. There are not kitchens in the rooms, but a shared kitchen space may be available in the buildings where these rooms are. Arrangements can be made for room guests to use kitchens in the shared cabins. We wanted to note that there will be several group meals offered throughout the weekend - so don't worry about fending for yourself the whole time!

The South Lake Tahoe Area

There are lots of things to do in Lake Tahoe. We put together a custom map of amenities near the Conference Center, including grocery stores, restaurants, activities, and so forth. If you have a recommendation for an addition, just let us know and we'll add it!
